O Bairro Alto, um bairro criado em 1513, é um bairro habitado por idosos e boémios, dando-lhe um ambiente que é simultaneamente tradicional e de vanguarda, um lugar que não precisa de nome — é simplesmente “o bairro” onde tudo acontece — à noite. Este projeto vem reabilitar 3 frações de um imóvel em pleno coração do Bairro Alto, correspondente aos pisos 1, 2 e 3 deste edifício.

Bairro Alto, a neighborhood laid out in 1513, it’s a place inhabited by old ladies and young artsy hipsters, giving it a vibe that is simultaneously old-fashioned and avant-garde, a shabby-chic neighborhood that really needs no name. It’s simply the “bairro,” the neighborhood where everything happens — at night. This project will rehabilitate 3 fractions of a building in the heart of Bairro Alto, corresponding to floors 1, 2 and 3 of this building.
