Localizado em pleno coração do Bairro alto – Chiado, este edifício já não mantem as características morfológicas do bairro, alvo de uma intervenção nos finais do século XX. Pretende-se nesta proposta valorizar o imovel, corrigir situações urbanisticas e integrá-lo na linguagem envolvente.

Located in the heart of Bairro Alto – Chiado, this building no longer maintains the morphological characteristics of the neighborhood, due to an intervention at the end of the 20th century. The purpose of this proposal is to enhance the property, correct urban situations and integrate it into the building of the neighborhood.
